I am trying to have several of the Braniff 707-320C in my FS9 directory. I am only able to display 2 of the aircraft in my menu. I can display several of the other airlines, if I so choose. Any ideas on the problem with the excellent planes painted by Michael Verlin.
Thank You

Have you added the proper text in the 'aircraft.cfg' in numerical sequence that relates to each aircraft in question?

I presume you're trying to add a selection of BRANIFF B707-320C textures (ADD TO AIRCRAFT data) to the same AIRCRAFT.CFG file .... right !
Something like this (my own of installed chain of B707-320C textures) maybe ....
[fltsim.0] title=HJG B707-320C Air Memphis 2003 sim=B707-320C model=HK3 panel=1970 sound= texture=air-memphis03 kb_checklists= kb_reference= visual_damage=1 description=HJG Boeing 707-320C-HK repaint by Gary CARLSON ui_manufacturer=Boeing ui_type=707-320C ui_variation=Air Memphis 2003 atc_id=SU-AVZ atc_airline=MEMPHIS=AIR atc_flight_number=320 atc_heavy=0 atc_parking_codes=ALK atc_parking_types=GATE,CARGO,RAMP
[fltsim.1] title=HJG B707-320C American Airlines 1970 sim=B707-320C model=323c panel=323c.1965 sound= texture=american70 kb_checklists= kb_reference= visual_damage=1 description=HJG Boeing 707-323C repaint by Michael VERLIN ui_manufacturer=Boeing ui_type=707-320C ui_variation=American Airlines 1970 atc_id=N8405 atc_airline=AMERICAN atc_flight_number=320 atc_heavy=0 atc_parking_codes=ALK atc_parking_types=GATE,CARGO,RAMP
[fltsim.2] title=HJG B707-320C American Airlines 1979 sim=B707-320C model=323c panel=323c.1970 sound= texture=american79 kb_checklists= kb_reference= visual_damage=1 description=HJG Boeing 707-323C repaint by Ben HARTMANN ui_manufacturer=Boeing ui_type=707-320C ui_variation=American Airlines 1979 atc_id=N8402 atc_airline=AMERICAN atc_flight_number=320 atc_heavy=0 atc_parking_codes=ALK atc_parking_types=GATE,CARGO,RAMP

[fltsim.7] title=HJG B707-320C TAMPA Colombia 1993 sim=B707-320C model=S2HK panel= sound= texture=tampa93 kb_checklists= kb_reference= visual_damage=1 description=HJG Boeing 707-320C freighter repaint by Camilo LUENGAS ui_manufacturer=Boeing ui_type=707-320C ui_variation=TAMPA Colombia 1993 atc_id=HK-3604X atc_airline=TAMPA atc_flight_number=320 atc_heavy=0 atc_parking_codes=ALK atc_parking_types=GATE,CARGO,RAMP
If I'm interpreting your problem correctly ..... I'd say all you've done wrong is committed a very minor CFG editing error somewhere within the chain of texture addition you want FS to display.
Have a close look at the following "SPECIMEN" data. The critical ADD TO AIRCRAFT entries all appear bold typed ....
[fltsim.0] title=HJG B707-320C AVIANCA Colombia 1978 sim=B707-320C model= panel= sound= texture=avianca78 kb_checklists= kb_reference= visual_damage=1 description=HJG Boeing 707-320C convertible PAX/freighter repaint by Camilo LUENGAS ui_manufacturer=Boeing ui_type=707-320C ui_variation=AVIANCA Colombia 1978 atc_id=HK-1849 atc_airline=AVIANCA atc_flight_number=320 atc_heavy=0 atc_parking_codes=ALK atc_parking_types=GATE,CARGO,RAMP
Make sure all the bold typed data is correct for "EACH" of the textures you want FS to display.
Also ....
1. If you're adding a chain of textures (as per my first sample above) then make sure that your very first FLTSIM= entry reads "0" .... and that all subsequent FLTSIM= additions appear in correct numerical sequence .... as follows ....
[fltsim.0] [fltsim.1] [fltsim.2] etc
2. Make sure that your SIM= data lines reads correctly for each addition
3. Check that your MODEL= data lines read correctly for each texture .... all BRANIFF B707-320C textures use our standard B707-320C model .... meaning you MODEL= data lines should all be reading model "MODEL="
4. And also make sure that your TEXTURE= data lines read precisely in accordance with the Texture folder name ..... please note my own texture naming preference (in the above specimen) does differe from default HJG protocol.
The above 4 suggestions, in particular, are "CRITICAL". The slightest error within any of these CFG data lines is sufficient .... and the most common cause .... for textures not displaying within the MSFS AIRCRAFT SELECTION MENU.
Check also that you are applying B707-320C textures only to our B707-320C Aircraft Base Pack .... AND .... that you haven't got a valid texture folder maybe still within another containing folder from the original ZIP file. This won't help matters either.
If all this is done .... "CORRECTLY" .... and our installation instructions followed .... "TO THE LETTER" .... then there's no logical reason for these aircraft not to display within FS.

Thanks for all of the help, but I finally solved my own problem. On most of the Title in .cfg the Title were identical and I failed to notice this until after I asked for help. Thanks again for all of the help, now if I can only get it to work in FSX.

No problem ! Glad you fixed things .... and can now enjoy everything ! They are FSX compatible .... kindly refer to the FSX installation notes (on our "FSX SUPPORT" forum) written by my HJG colleagure DAn K.HANSEN. You should find these extremely helpful ! Mark C BOG/CO
