UA's "FRIEND SHIP" livery has actually been suggested a few times previously.

This particular testure is publicly available for the VISTALINERS B727-200 model (by Henry WILLIAM I think) .... but .... if it appeals to any of our team to want to do their own representation of it .... then it's available.

It's just one of those things, like many other things, that's got to "appeal" to someone here before we actually see it represented.
