DC9 Front stairs don't seem to work as advertised, does there need to be code in the CFG file for visor similar to that of the wingfold and tailhook?

I had to go into the ASSIGNMENTS Section and assign codes to the Concorde Visor Angle. Works just fine.

We have DC9 models with forward doors/airstairs only .... and DC9 models with both forward and ventral doors/airstairs .... as follows ....
Model.01 Base passenger model with forward passenger stairs.
Model.02 Base passenger model with forward and rear passenger stairs.
These DC9 door animations function on the basis of the following keyboard commands .... some of which first need to be assigned within FS OPTIONS/ASSIGNMENTS before they will work ....
Our other DC9 modelsw are currently as follows ....
Due to the lack of necessity .... not all of these models are included within each DC9 aircraft basepack.

I got all of that info, I've assigned the function, I've tried different models. It just doesn't seem to work... Oh well...

Are you assigning the function "Increase/Decrease Concorde nose/visor Angle" or "Extend/Retract Concorde nose & visor fully"?
If you are not using the commands that extend and retract the visor fully, you are going to need to press the key command many times to get the stairs fully extended.
Here's now I have mine set up: Function "Extend Concorde nose & visor fully" is assigned the key command "CTRL + ]" and Function "Retract Concorde nose & visor fully" is assigned the key command "CTRL + ["
One press of the keys and my stairs extend and come up in a nice smooth motion.

Thanks Nick, I missed the 'extend' command in the assignments, and thought the 'retract' command would toggle like wing and hook. duh...
Thanks again, I knew it was something I was missing...
