I want you to check all of the following ....
1. Check that you are indeed using the B727-200F ADVC aircraft base pack .... and not any other.
2. Check that you are indeed using the B727-200 ADVC panel .... and not any other.
3. Check that you are indeed using "ONLY" the B727-200 ADVC FDE (AIRCRAFT.CFG and AIR.FILE .... inside the -200 ADVC aircraft base pack file) available from this (HJG) website.
Out of curiosity .... I have, this evening, completed my own brief engine run test using our B727-200 ADVC aircraft base pack and panel .... during which I checked fuel consumption.
Unless you're using FDE files obtained from elsewhere .... or .... unless you've attempted to modify your AIRCRAFT.CFG file in any way, then the results of my brief test this evening conclude that all 3 tanks "ARE" being drawn from .... as should be the case in this simulation.
So far as I can determine .... no problem exists !
I simply can't replicate your problem in FS2004 !

Were you flying an HJG 707 before you switched to the 727?

"GOOD POINT" George .... because I hadn't actually considered that myself ! "GUPYZERO" .... what George's is saying here "could be" a very valid point ! If one cycles through a number of other FS aircraft in advance of selecting the B727 .... or whatever aircraft .... then FS will always apply the previous aircraft configuration to the next situation .... and which can, in some cases, result in things like fuel imbalances and other irritating issues where no issues at all are known to exist. I "always" recommend folk start FS with a default MSFS aircraft .... "THEN" select their aircraft of choice. Additionally .... whenever changing aircraft types within the same FS session I "always" recommend folk temporarily load into FS any default MSFS aircraft too .... "THEN ONCE AGAIN" select their aircraft of choice. For my brief test last night I actually loaded the B727-200F ADVC first .... which one can do, of course, but, which I don't normally do. I've just repeated the same B727-200F ADVC test again this morning .... but this time .... loading the default MSFS CESSNA first and then selecting the B722F ADVC. However .... In "either" scenario .... I can now report that fuel consumption is fine over all 3 tanks. Sorry you appear to be having this problem .... because you shouldn't be having any such problems at all !
