And if I may add, you included an excellent amount of pilot involvement to fly these birds.
The pilot must do certain things to get going, but one of them is NOT reading a 150 - 200 page manual to do so!
Bravo!
Thanks again

I did "TRY" to condence everything .... without loosing any of its informative-ness ! ;D Once again .... it "IS" important (to the benefit of the end users enjoyment in particular) that all 4 sections of my DC9 PANEL INSTALLATION & HANDLING NOTES postings (above) are studied .... as I'm sure Craig and others will agree ! not the least of which are these few words,
DC9 FLYING GUIDES...
...Flying these recommended profiles does require concentration and skill.
concentration, skill, and practice
print the info and use it to learn how to fly them.
It is, after all, MSFlightSimulator not MSAutopilotSimulator ;D

You'll be very hard-pressed to fly any of those profiles unaided by the AP .... and that (engaging the AP early), so far as I'm aware, isn't inconsistent with the realworld aircraft either.

I am really looking forward to get into this splendid DC-9 world, you have created here.
Only downside is an upcoming divorce, since my wife thinks that I spend too much time flight-simming..
Best Regards, Anders

I'm sure that in no way FS can make up for a wife .... maybe you should try to work on the "real life" side instead ..... Sorry for sounding like a therapist .... but we wouldn't want HJG to be the cause of any broken marriages ...
