Looking for if there are thrust reversers added in the Richard Probst and George Carty Boeing 727 family panels. They are Excellent panels and wondering if they come with that option???

I've been flying the HJG 727-200 Advanced, and that model does have working reversers...I suspect all the models do.

"YES" .... reverse thrust is appropriately simulated among all our B727 aircraft .... in the panels, models, and soundpacks, and this does vary according as follows too ....
All B727-100 models feature clamshell type engine thrust reversers .... which will be seen to animate in external FS viewing mode and when reverse is applied. The same is also true of the B727-200 (early) version.
B727-200 ADVC and B727-200 ADVC models, intentionally, don't feature the clamshell type reverser system .... because these aircraft have an internal mechanism.
B727-200 ADVC RE SUPER 27 (both PAX and freighter versions) feature clamshell type engine thrust reversers on their # 1 and # 3 engine only, but, the # 2 engine, intentionally, lacks these.
All B727 panels feature reverser enganged/in transit/stowed anunciation lamps for all 3 engines. The B727-200 RE SUPER 27 panels feature these lamps also .... but .... only in respect of engine # 1 and # 3, because the # 2 engine on these aircraft has the thrust reverse capability disengaged.
All 3 HJG/AEROMUSICA soundpacks feature appropriate engine thrust WAV.

Ok great. Now the next question is "How do you activate the T/R's ? I've tried to use the mouse pointer on the throttle handles to pull down to activate them......but I must be doing something wrong....Any Ideas ?

All you have to do is .... (1) make sure all 3 landing gear are firmly planted on the deck .... then (2) ensure the thrust levers are at idle .... and the (3) select the "F2" keyboard command which will activate reverse thrust causing the aircraft to decelerate .... the "F1" keyboard command should then be used to cancel reverse thrust.
One does not need to mouse the thrust levers in order to "pull on" reverse !
If you're using the HJG/AEROMUSICA B727 soundpacks (or those customized for any of our aircraft) available from this website .... then each of these soundpacks (with the exception of those for B367-80, BAe 146/RJ100, DC8 SHIP ONE 1959, and "some" of the C135 SERIES aircraft which are, intentionally, not reverser equipped) feature reverse thrust WAV that is compiled, specifically, to be of sufficient playback length to last deceleration from a sensible landing speed and down to 80 or 60 KTS .... before filtering out automatically. One still needs to select keyboard command "F1" to cancel reverse thrust after playback or it will start to loop. There is a, roughly, 5 second delay within which "F1" can be selected to stop the reverse thrust WAV looping.
