I'm hopeful that perhaps someone can add two versions of the modified KC-135 (there are several versions of the C-135 in the USAF section here), the VC-135B (B717-158) as assigned to the USAF 89th Airlift Wing at Andrews AFB in the 1970s and 1980s.
One version, if one goes to Airliners.Net and uses "VC-135B" in the search field is demonstrated by 62-4126, tail number AF 24126, very similar to the "Speckled Trout" done here by Rick Grout...all white...except that the separation stripe is the gold-with-black outline of the other VIP planes of the 89th and the black UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in the same font and color as seen on the VC-137C 707-320Bs (as opposed to a blue USA marking, or the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE of the Speckled Trout), while the 2nd version demonstrated on the same page, 62-4129, AF tail number AF 24129 is painted just like a VC-137B or VC-137C, and identical except for the lack of windows and the slightly narrower fuselage of the Boeing KC-135/C-135/B717. This version has the same blue lower fuselage, full gold-with-black outline markings (including tail), blue engine nacelles, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA as displayed on the rest of the 89th Airlift Wing VIP 707s. These would make a nice addition to the C-135 section here. VC-135B 62-4129 on the 2nd page of the 2-page VC-135B section provides a 2nd quality photo of the all-white version of the aircraft and is labeled clearly as a "Special Air Mission" aircraft (and strangely, is the only one with the full 6-digit number on the tail).
Here's a direct link to the "All-White" version of the VC-135B (for those that have the book...a photo of one can be found assigned to the 89th Airlift Wing with President Carter and some deplaning dignitaries at Andrews in this scheme in the book "Air Force One" by Robert F. Dorr on page 89, while 62-4127 can be seen in a very atrocious and short-lived paint scheme, also assigned to the 89th a page or so later. Here's the link to the white version (an easy restripe and relettering job actually of the existing Speckled Trout in the C-135 section here):

Here's 62-4127 in the all-white scheme, an "interesting take" on the VC-135B even though it's another example of what's done when spending 16 hours a day so that the Commander-in-Chief can decide who gets to play on the White House tennis courts, the pool, and other minute detals the Chief Executive has no business wasting his time on...Jimmy Carter chose this scheme for the 89th AW 135s so they'd not be as "ostentatious"...I'm just glad the VC-137s didn't get this!!! But actually, it doesn't look bad at all on the 135s (if you like the Speckled Trout, how could you not like this?!?):

When President Reagan took office, the planes got back their "V" prefixes and the blue underneath the gold striping and on the engine nacelles. 62-4127 again in 1990:

Using the keyword VC-135B however, you get two pages of aircraft in both versions and a few different variations. I know one would be on safe ground in using 62-4127 as an 89th Airlift Wing variant...I know several of them were...but some of those pictured may have been assigned to CINCs of Regional Unified Combatant Commands, for example.
