i have been getting this problem for quite a while.
after about an hour of flying FS9 will completely lock up with no means of releasing it.
i'm unsure of the cause of the issue but checking both task manager and Core temp i have no unusual core loading and i'm running in perfectly acceptable temperatures (for a laptop)
i have an Intel core 2 duo t5550 @1.83 on each core 3gb of ram and an nvidia GeForce 9300M G
also this issue seems to have been occurring since i had it sent off for repairs (the GPU got fried) but i do not know when from exactly as i had not been doing flights longer than 40 minutes for a while so the issue may pre-date the repair.
any help that can be provided would be excellent.

It could be video driver issue check you have the latest one or try an older one if that does not cure it

yeah.
my only concern is that as this is a laptop drivers can be difficult to get.
E: i'm really hoping that i do not have to do a reinstall as i have far to many aircraft to trawl the net for again.

i was using customised drivers before it got sent back to the manufacturer.
i did update and tried Fs9 again and only got 30 mins out of it (only just got off the ground in my HS trident at EGLL)
though i will try it tomorrow after a reboot.
