Hello. I'm flying in VATSIM net on your aircraft Boeing 707-400. After 30 minutes, SUDDENLY, FS9 crashed! What's the problem?
My system: C2D 2.66/4096 ddr2/ATI HD5450. On FS9 also installed HJG 367-80, PMDG MD-11 and 747, Wilco 737, DF727, Project Tupolev Tu-154 and default Cessna 172. All other default planes deleted.
Sorry for my bad English, i'm Russian.

Hi DJ, no worries about your English ... There are way too many possibilities why your FS suddenly crashes, and the amount of information you give is not enough to tell you why. One thing that I'm even VERY sure upon, is that it certainly not our aircraft (or any of the other you have installed) Possibly your connection or an overheated card or hard disk or something else not FS related .... I trust that this is the first time you've seen this, and that is not the first time you've flown the 707 on vatsim....

Such an FS crash could occur for any number of reasons (ranging from basic network issues, to other items running in the background on your PC, and to other FS installations interacting with what you are doing too) .... none of which may relate to our B707 product which has only been proven to be most stable within FS9.
I have to assume that you are using our latest/currently downloadable B707 panels, gauges/core files, and aircraft base packs/FDE .... and that none of these files have been further modified in any way.
Let me say .... there no known problems that might cause/result in repetitive/recurring FS crashes when using our latest B707/720 files.

What information you want to know?
But this problem appears only, when i'm use your aircraft.
My videocard has a passive cooling, but near it, set a big 12cm fan. Temp - 42C in desktop. Hard disk temp is only 32C.
I have only fsuipc 3.7.0 and squawkbox. And they not conflicting with other aircrafts.
That's right, i have a latest basepack, panel and core files, and one livery - "BCF Aviation". But earlier, i have version 2.2 of your aircraft. I had another problem with that - sim crashed after pressing button "End flight". Before installing later version, i'm deleted all aircraft files from folders "Aircraft" and "Gauges".

I'm just flying on cruise altitide 33000ft, autopilot set to INS. Before this crash, i'm not flying so long on this aircraft, and i can't say, it happens all time or not.

Have you tried flying the exact same route with another aircraft (non-hjg), under the same conditions... just to verify that it is some other issues that triggers the crash (scenery, weather etc. etc.)

It definitely could be scenery related. I've found two sections of FS9 stock scenery that cause CTD's. One is enroute between Seattle and Calgary, and the other is just south of Newburg, NY. Tried each of those routes multiple times with different aircraft, add-ons, etc, and had a CTD at the exact same point each time. Just shows I spend way too much of my life using FS Mike

hm... sounds very strange .... you might try a couple of times just to verify, that it occurs all the time or just randomly ..... these crashes are hard to get at, because each individual computer have different setups etc. etc. so what works perfectly for one person doesn't work for another .... If you can, you might also try another HJG aircraft, to see if it is model related, panel related or something else .... perhaps try the 707-400 and after that your 367-80 just to see if there are any difference between those two .....

Yesterday, i'm tried to fly on your craft again. In that time, all was OK.

In that case ... whastever the problem is/was .... is likely not then HJG product based. "SUGGESTING" .... the problem is possibly more along the lines of those which have been suggested above. Always hard to put a finger on these particular issues There can be a multiplice of potential reasons Mark C AKL/NZ

Yesterday, i'm tried to fly on your craft again. In that time, all was OK. Good to hear, hopefully it will continue like that, I know by experience that it will always take a little while until you feel "safe" again after these CTD's ... but I do hope it was just an "one-timer"
