N.B. The above are temporary assignments are pending future release of more specific aircraft type panels.

These are civil panels temporarily assigned to our military aircraft. Some military B707 class aircraft are not equipped with engine thrust reversers. These aircraft are as follows ....

To cancel thrust reverser animations on the engines of some models and panel reverser light anunciation then open the AIRCRAFT.CFG for each of the above aircraft. Locate [GeneralEngineData] section. Identify the line of data reading min_throttle_limit. Edit this line to read precisely as follows ....

min_throttle_limit=0.000000

This will ensure cancelation of reverse animtion on engines of some models as well as panel reverser light anunciation for all non-reverser equipped aircraft. PLEASE NOTE: You should not need to do this .... all AIRCRAFT.CFG files should appear appropriately edited.

B707/C135 ASSIGNED PANELS - WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT EACH ?

Looking at our B707/720/ C135 panel preview images it may be difficult to spot any major differences between these. However significant differences do exist and are as follows ....

B367-80 Panel.... features late 1950's type instrumentation, Water/Methanol injection with engine instruments callibrated to JT3P turbojet performance parameters, No Thrust Reverser Lights on main panel. and no Turbocompressor gauges on F/E panel

B707-120 1959 Panel.... features late 1950's type instrumentation, Water/Methanol injection with engine instruments callibrated to JT3C-6 turbojet performance parameters.

B707-120B 1965 panel.... features mid 1960's type instrumentation, more advanced 1960's type instrumentation, INS, and engine instruments callibrated to JT3D fanjet performance parameters.

B707-320B ADVC 1970 panel.... features early 1970's type instrumentation, engine instruments callibrated to JT3D fanjet performance parameters, and INS.

B707-700 panel.... features early 1970's type instrumentation, engine instruments callibrated to CFM-56 turbofan performance parameters, and INS.

E3 (CFM-56) panel .... features early 1970's type instrumentation engine instruments callibrated to CFM-56 turbofan performance parameters, revisions to retractable landing light overhead switches, and INS.

All HJG B707/720 Aircraft Base Packs contain aircraft specific customised FDE.

Be sure to select the correct soundpacks versions for each aircraft. Soundpacks without reverse thrust are clearly labelled "NO REVERSE".

Thanks Mark, I'm sorry you had to go thru all that. I had downloaded the ones I want as i have the 707's etc. I just wanted a KC-135 that didn't appear to look like a cartoon. HJG has the greatest aircraft, gauges, panels & textures, matched handling qualitys. And all for Free?
