How can I activate the hush-kits of the engines from the DC-8-30 Series on FSX??

Yes you shold be able to do it, using the same commands as in FS9

There are ejector switches on the top left of the overhead panel, or just press shift-W.

Just an important reminder here .... regarding these Ejectors.
It's important/imperative to use the correct panels with the various aircraft.
Only DC8-10, -20, -30, and -40 aircraft feature Ejectors .... and therefore only the DC8-10, -20, -30-, and -40 panels feature those Ejector switches.
DC8 SHIP ONE 1959 .... and all of the remaining DC8 aircraft and panels do not, intentionally, feature Ejectors .... as these realworld aircraft were never equipped with them.
FYI .... and on a techinal note ....
These Ejectors should be extended for T/O and landing only.
The official DC8 manuals for these early Ejector equipped DC8's state as follows ....
EJECTOR EXTEND SPEED = 390 KIAS / MACH 0.88 EJECTOR RETRACT SPEED = 290 KIAS
This information should be interpreted as maximum speed of course.
Probably best to use the Ejectors within the flap speed regime only.

Further to that Mark, the Air Canada manual procedures section for takeoff says:
"At a convenient time after flap retraction but not below 2,000 feet check the following:
...
Engine Ejector Switches (below 250 KIAS).... RETRACT"
...and then later, under 'Initial Approach', and after flaps have been selected for initial approach speed, there is a section called 'In Range Check', which says, among other things:
"Engine Ejector Switches ..... EXTEND"
