If I remember right, Pacific painted one of their 727s or F-27s to look like a locomotive to go along with an ad campaign taking business from the Southern Pacific Daylight from LA to Frisco.
Anybody know about that one??

Thank you Tony, JB, and Mark... I didn't account for the fact that the pic I sent in had a wonderful "nose" shot, but not not the rest of the aircraft LOL! My bad... lesson learned! Chalk it up to "The new guy" syndrome! :-)
