Generally speaking we don't, normally, represent more than one variation of a particular livery .... unless there's a registration ("country code/prefix") difference .... as has been the case in regard to SAS and the LN, OY, and SE registered DC8 and DC9 aircraft we represent. The reason why we did that BTW was to satisfy a stream of requests recieved from FS enthusiasts living in each of the 3 SAS member countries .... whom preferred flying aircraft representing their own SAS member nations. In other cases where we "may seem" to represent full airline fleets of the same period livery .... in reality there are "VERY SIGNIFICANT" differences between each of the livery versions represented. On the subject of ALM and the DC9 .... and if my memory serves me correctly .... I think they/ALM leased a DC9-33CF from ONA during the late 1960's and which operated in a hybrid scheme comprising of basic ONA livery with "ALM DUTCH ANTILLEAN AIRLINES" titles .... "N935F". They dropped this particular aircraft in the tide (fuel starvation) near St.Maartin upon the conclusion of an ALM service from New York during 1970 .... insufficient fuel reserves and a forced diversion away from PJM due to deteriorating weather. Fortunatetely the aircraft remained intact upon contact with the sea and there were no fatalities among any of the PAX and crew aboard. A sad end to a classic DC9 though .... which is now apparently an adventure playground/accomodation for homeless Caribbean fish and other marine life ! Mark C AKL/NZ
