I regret that I can't help you, at all, in respect of any WINDOWS VISTA and WINDOWS 7 related queries .... other than to confirm, as I've already done so earlier, that there are "NO ISSUES" with HJG aircraft within a WINDOWS 7 environment .... provided these files are all installed correctly to start with .... of course ! From what can see .... and despite what I've already identified and advised previously .... i note you're still trying to install your AMERICAN AIRLINES B727 texture/s inside the wrong B727 aircraft base pack/s ! Again .... you've got a B727-100 (EARLY) Aircraft Base Pack installed (with it's model and FDE files) .... but now .... you're now trying to install an early version AA B727-200 texture and supporting ADD TO AIRCRAFT data to this base pack. That's never going to work .... (a) because the B727-100 and B727-200 are competely different models so that AA B727-200 texture can't possibly work with the B727-100 model .... and (b) because the AIR.FILE name in your B727-100 (EARLY) Aircraft Base Pack is not that referenced within the "SIM= data line of your B727-200 ADD TO AIRCRAFT/FLTSIM.XX/CFG data .... FS will never be able to display such a miconfigurations ! You also seem to be making a bit of "dogs breakfast" of your ADD TO AIRCRAFT/CFG data. I note the texture you're now trying to install is "DIFFERENT" from that which you informed us you were trying to install late last week .... and which was a B727-200 ADVC supported by the following texture .... AMERICAN AIRLINES 2002 223ADVC N824AAPLEASE NOTE .... the above texture reqires the "B727-200 ADVANCED" version aircraft base pack ! NOW THEN .... according to your most recent attachments, today, you're trying to install the following texture .... AMERICAN AIRLINES 1968 223 N6805PLEASE NOTE .... the above texture reqires the "B727-200 (EARLY)" version aircraft base pack ! Again these are completely different aircraft base packs .... completely different models .... and completely different FDE's too. Your ADD TO AIRCRAFT/FLTSIM.XX/CFG data for your B727-200 ADVC Aircraft Base Pack/texture installation should appear as follows .... [fltsim.0] // Change "xx" to next number in sequence starting from 0 title=Vistaliners Boeing 727-200 American Airlines 2002 sim=B727200ADVC_VL model= panel= sound= texture=american_airlines_2002_223advc_n824aa atc_id=N824AA atc_parking_codes=AAL atc_heavy=0 atc_flight_number=722 atc_airline=AMERICAN ui_manufacturer=Boeing ui_type=727-200 ADVC ui_variation=American Airlines (2002) description=N6805 727-223 First Flown March 12, 1968. \n This is a depiction of a circa 1968 paint scheme.\n\n This particular aircraft history is as follows:\n N6805 American AL Mar 68 type 223\n N6805 Private Jet leased Jun 94\n N6805 Kal American Int Jan 95\n\n Repaint by Ben HARTMANN visual_damage=1 atc_id_color=0x00000000 atc_id_font=Verdana,-11,1,600,0 id_font=Verdana,-11,1,600,0Your ADD TO AIRCRAFT/FLTSIM.XX/CFG data for your B727-200 (EARLY) Aircraft Base Pack/texture installation should appear as follows .... [fltsim.0] // Change "xx" to next number in sequence starting from 0 title=Vistaliners Boeing 727-200 American Airlines 1968 sim=B727200_VL model= panel= sound= texture=american_airlines_1968_223_n6805 atc_id=N6805 atc_parking_codes=AAL atc_heavy=0 atc_flight_number=223 atc_airline=AMERICAN ui_manufacturer=Boeing ui_type=727-200 ui_variation=American Airlines (1968) description=N6805 727-223 First Flown March 12, 1968. \n This is a depiction of a circa 1968 paint scheme.\n\n This particular aircraft history is as follows:\n N6805 American AL Mar 68 type 223\n N6805 Private Jet leased Jun 94\n N6805 Kal American Int Jan 95\n\n Repaint by Tom "WillyVic" LeBlanc visual_damage=1 atc_id_color=0x00000000 atc_id_font=Verdana,-11,1,600,0 id_font=Verdana,-11,1,600,0Once again .... please do as follows .... 1. Delete your entire current B727 installation !
2. Download and install the 2 B727-200 and B727-200ADVC Aircraft Base Pack versions !
3. Add the correct AMERICAN AIRLNES B727-200 and B727-200ADVC texture folder to their correct corresponsing aircraft bas pack folders !
4. Add the correct supporting ADD TO AIRCRAFT/FLTSIM.XX data to the CFG file contained within each of the correct corresponding aircraft base pack versions !Perform each of the above 4 points correctly .... and you can't possibly go wrong. Sorry my friend, but, that's the very best I can do for you .... under the prevailing circumstances ! Mark C AKL/NZ

Thru all the your hard work, it finially paid off. Here is a print screen showing the B-727 at LAX. These forums are a great place to go to get help, it is good to have extra eyes as there is so many things sometimes to do to get these A/C to work. I commend the people out there that create the A/C, panels etc... for all of us to especially if it is freeware use, and the people out there that responds to these forums. It's funny how I don't remember having to do this with Vista, but I had to do it with Win 7, as I have other issues not related to HJG A/C in a hole. Again I really appreciate the responses. I look forward to reading the different issues that are presented on this forum in case I get the same issues. Best regards

"BRAVO" .... glad to know we got it sorted out for you ! Apart from the odd "very rare" need to reprimand/"bang someone over the head" occasionally ;D ...."SERVICE AND SUPPORT" is what we're about "HERE" .... as much as supply .... or .... is what we should be all about, so far as I'm concerned .... even if that means going those extra 1000 miles, or so, if necessary, with a lot of words and detailed explanations. It "DOES" all pay off .... in the long-run .... I feel ! Have fun .... and enjoy the VISTALINERS/HJG B727's ! Mark C AKL/NZ
