Not a bad PAD you've got there Herman ;D The crew figures in that CURTIS C46 COMMANDO model, made by my colleague in Colombia (Libardo GUZMAN), have heads that move left and right in response to rudder/stick twisting action .... as well as arms that also move up and down too (they actually detached from the crew body figures at one stage .... which was a bit of a laugh to us both ;D) in response to left and right stick input .... or at least the original version of this model did when Libardo met me in Bogota a few years ago .... prior to it's public release and when Benoit and myself worked up the soundpack for it. I haven't flown any of the PAD stuff I believe their owner recently "left the launching pad and shot back into space" (died) .... resulting in some talk that their continued existence "may" be doubtful (expressed on this forum by "GUS" at the time), so, for the sake of the FS community, I do hope salvation has come to them .... because no sensible enthusiast ever wants to see another FS group go to the wall/disappear into the abyss/oblivion. "NICE" presentation of Candian provncial operators Herman ! Mark C AKL/NZ

Thanks Mark and Garry. It appears that there are a few others that have pilot moving parts.
All Premier Aircraft Design aircraft are still available on their web site, however, it was stated that there will be no other additions of aircraft or repaints.

Glad to know that what PAD have done to date is apparently "SECURE".
There's FS groups .... and FS Groups .... and FS GROUPS .... and "EVEN MORE FS GROUPS" out there.
There may even, sometimes, be a bit of rivalry between some FS groups as well, but once again, no sensible/rational FS enthusiasts ever likes seeing another FS group "go to the wall" .... so to speak.
The FS community .... and groups in particular .... do, in my oppinion, need to be more united than they often are .... after all we're all striving toward similar goals.
From my personal experience .... those groups and individuals .... with whom I've successfully been able to allign HJG have all helped make this particular group, and FS generally (I hope), "a lot better for EVERYONE".

I seem to remember a freeware to payware to non-existant Saab out there at one time. For some reason they just folded their tent and disappeared.

There've been several. I've always said it's because it's too hard to model the Saab's propensity to sit on its tail right.
The Saab is a decent enough bird in the air, but both it and the Saab 2000 have one problem - they're extremely tail heavy. Why this is, I don't know, but they are and Mesaba was always having to truck luggage from Grand Forks to Minneapolis or have it flown out on the next ARJ or DC-9 flight. Real inconvenient for the passengers. No one would fly them into Denver because of the problem as it only got worse when you had to start limiting payload to account for the high temps and high altitude operations during the summer. Only turboprops of that class that flew out of Denver were the DHC-8's. Otherwise you had to go with jets.
One thing that no one could figure out is why they took an already tail heavy airplane in the 340 and then put all of the stretch for the Saab 2000 *AFT* of the wing as if it'd help the situation...

Interesting Chris, Thanks for the comments. Never knew that the 340's had these problems.
I wonder why it turned out to be such a popular plane with the airlines???
