Apparently, something isn't right. (I'm following the INS notes written in regular print on a Word doc, not the other one which has the fancy and variable styles of print and pictures, but I must be missing something). B707-320C, Ports of Call, registered FSUIPC; no previous problems with other versions of an INS.
Following the procedure given, after clicking ALIGN the green light comes on. (I've never found the quick hidden switch at the top-right). Switch to NAV- and the green light goes off (
) and the ON-OFF switch on the altitude hold starts flicking rapidly back and forth.
WPT's entered. Switch to DIS/TIME with the associated WPT CHG- Have never gotten any distance figure that is close to correct.
Also, don't know if this is important, but it took a very long time to find the "Test Switch" as it is not marked on mine. There is also no "hidden spot above...". However, I did find it by clicking all over the palce that the test switch is the selector at the lower bottom that chooses auto/manual. I don't know if there were just typo errors or it indicates a possible download problem. Anyhow....
Any ideas?
