UAL for MD80, DC9 series, please?

First, sincere thanks for those who host and curate this site, and those who've created and/or painted the fabulous MD80 and DC9 series here. These are by far the finest freeware aircraft I've ever downloaded for FS4, anywhere.

I'd love to have a few DC9s and MD80-series a/c in United livery, whether UAL ever actually flew any of these a/c or not. As for which UAL livery, I'd be grateful for anything anyone would be willing to paint, but I'd prefer the gray/black 1990s style, or the newer, pre-merger white-and-blue.

So far as I´m aware UAL have never operated any of the MDX or DC9 series aircraft.

At HJG .... we base our FS represention of those aircraft which we host "HERE" strictly on realworld operators/liveries (we do not represent "FAKE/WHAT IF/FICTICIOUS" liveries at all) .... and by virtue of that fact neither our DC9 nor MDX aircraft are therefore likely candidates for UAL liveries.

HOWEVER .... "IF" any one of our team or community member painters wishes to take on your request "as a private project" and in order to try´n help you .... then .... I don´t see that being any problem, at all, but, we´ll leave that decision entirely over to them though

A fictitious UAL paint job would be nice. When I was into model railroading years ago, we used the term "imagineering". I'll use the term for to second the request.

The thing is .... although we ("HERE" at HJG) do abound with imagination .... in as much as enthusiasm also .... and in regard to "everything" we try present/represent, on "THIS" website, we never, ever, "IMAGINEER" .... because it´s just not consistent with we resolve to try´n represent..

As I mentioned within my first reply posting (above) .... were, normally, only ever into "WHAT IT WAS/HAS BEEN" and/or "WHAT IT IS CURRENTLY" .... in respect of "everything" (within reason) that we try accomplish here and all of the persuasion in the world, perhaps, isn´t likely to influence that.

For these reasons UAL liveried DC9´s and MDX´s are all "off the menue" .... short of one of our members, maybe, taking on such a request privately

I, perhaps, wouldn´t hold my breath though .... since we´re all also usually a pretty like-minded bunch of comrades.
