I'm sure many of us are interested, but this plane has an underbelly support for rocket launchs, and there is not model with this "enhancement" I'm pretty sure too that the fuel and maximum weight stats of this plane are different to the standard one

Alejandro could, possiby, be quite right !
"IF" one of the team wanted to take on this subject as a "basic texture" then the end product .... in the absence of a model with all the necessary auhentic enhancements .... could only be "REPRESENTATIONAL" .... which is something we/HJG don't normally do, but, have done in the past in at least 2 (only) cases with B707 and B720 subjects that I recall.
On that basis alone then .... I suppose it could be looked at .... "IF" anyone was willing to tackle it just for the sake of the livery" .... since it's extremly unlikely that we'll be able to modify any of the original VL L1011 models.

Ok Thanks Mark and Alejandro. I did think of that aspect but thought just the livery would be good but on another closer look at the large size image I do see the rocket mounting on the underbelly that I did not notice before so I guess its probably a " no go" and keeping HJG tweak free which is as it should be....in keeping.. with Historical correcteness in its Mission accuracy which Indeed is to be strived for...regardless of any personal desires one may posses.. Thanks Guys
Just messing with ya: )

BTW, the only (and I stress only) modifications done to the Stargazer were related to installing the support equipment and launch cradle. The aircraft's operating specs were not changed as this would have required an all new type certificate for it to be certified to fly. By making all changes within the existing airframe and certification, they only had to prove the modifications did not compromise the existing certification or safety standards guaranteed by it and then were issued an STC. This meant they didn't have to do a full test program for the modifications themselves, only for clearing the cradle for release, thus saving them a ton of money.
