Hi again! Pardon me for not knowing what kind of caravelle is this but it is a 210. This livery is a "FILIPINAS ORIENT AIRWAYS" Sud aviation caravelle. It has been in service if FOA until 1973. This livery is also nice.

Too sad this plane has been broken up for scrap. I'd like to have this one for the caravelle. i sure do love HJG's caravelle they fly nicely and beautifully. Regards.

I'm not an expert, but I think it's a Caravelle VI-R (big cockpit-windows and the 'thin' RR Avon engines with thrust-reservers). It's no Caravelle III for sure due the different size and shape of the cockpit-windows and RR Avon engines.

The later Caravelle-variants had P&W JT8D engines which had a bigger diameter and a different shape than the RR Avon engines of the earlier Caravelle-variants. Therefor it must be a VI-R.

I do actually have another "EARLIER" variation of AIR FRANCE livery .... for the CARAVELLE 3 .... and which will be added to this particular virtual flightline per a future HJG website update.
