I thought this might make an interesting addition to the C-135 offerings here, if anyone's interested:

Apparently it's used for systems testing for the RC-135 fleet by L3 Communications. It would certainly appear that it's visually similar if not identical to every other TF33-powered RC-135V/W variant, so I think it should be good to go in the model department.

Edit: I did discover an old thread from 2007 regarding this aircraft, but it doesn't look like anything has come of it yet.
