If it's not too much I got another question for Gary, I posted in KC-135 Takeoff Procedures but everyone is pre-occupied with arguing over water injection. My question regards KC-135A, 57-1490 and KC-135R, 62-3554. Both of them only have the "star and bar" insignia on the port side. Did they not carry insignia on the starboard side?  |

I have just fixed and re-uploaded the texture sets in question. I missed that just before I deployed. As far as the other KC/VC (whatever the correct designation is), It is still in work, but should be done shortly.

Thanks Gary for your quick reply, I will be looking forward to the completion of 57-2589..........As a 135 driver during the 1960's and 70's I remember it in the old SAC colors similar to 57-1490.
Your devotion the the 135's is much appreciated by this old Air Force type.

A question for Gary Carlson.
Several months ago I came across a forum with questions and remarks about an E-6B TACAMO model you were doing for FS 2002 that also worked on FS 2004.
I work at Boeing and have been working a program that put a glass cockpit on the Navy E-6B's using the 737 NG display system, the 737 NG FMC with E-6 Orbit Algorithm added, the 737 NG MCP and an updated and modernized autopilot/flight director system.
I am very interested in downloading the E-6B TACAMO model, but have never been able to find it. Is it available for download any where? If it is anything like your KC-135 models it must be outstanding.

The E-6 is (for the most part) complete, I still have to upload it. It is using the 320C FDE files, and George's 320C panel, but seems to have a little too much thrust when I set the engines at 22000Lbs static thrust. I will upload it anyway and see what everyone thinks of her. I don't know when it will be available though, we don't give any schedules for site updates. That will happen as time permits.
