I have started to get the following message when flying. It happens all the time no matter what flight it is. I have tried all combinations with the same results. there has been no changes to FSX in the past 6 months.
Runtime Error
program: c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\fsx\fsx.exe
R6025
pure virtual call
I hope you can help with the above message
I don't get this message with any other HJG aircraft including the B707-420

When you say "startred to get" .... I presume you´ve never hd this problem before now and it´s only just recently started to occur.
I, personally, have never heard of it .... BUT THEN AGAIN .... I´m not an FSX user .... EVEN SO .... all of the HJG B707´s (our entire inventory of these particular simulations .... icluding their panels/gauges too) are known to be "fine" in FSX.
I need an FSX expert (like Herman) to assist with this .... but .... looking at the error message you´re quoting, and noting also, you say, you´ve made no (conscious) changes in FSX yourself, then, what have you got running in the background that you might have installed ouside of FS, or, that might otherwise even have invited itself through some form of update and that might be contributory to the problem ?

As is the case with Mark, I also have never heard of or experienced the issue that you mention.
I am an FSX user, but not the "Steam" edition.
As to why this error occurs only with the Boeing 707-120\320B and not with the 707-420 is indeed a mystery.

As we both concurr .... there´s nothing wrong with any of the HJG B707´s. BUT .... it seems, from my own research immediately following this query (per the links posted above), that the problem is at least "a known one" that can affect anything on "some" systems. I feel the answer to the/any mystery is shrouded somewhere within the above information links I´ve provided. In the absence of any known issue with our own B707 simulations (and there aren´t any ... and these simulations have been around since 2006 .... last updated shortly after this time), then, there´s not really much else we can do .... I concur with both Mark and Herman on this issue as well, I use specifically FSX with acceleration add-on, I've not been faced with the above mentioned message, but will keep those links just in case. It doesn't take much to have behaviour issues which can result either after adding/deleting add-ons, or simply altering or misspelling entries from any cfg files.
