Hi everyone, I hope you are all enjoying happy flying.
I was just wondering if anyone has Shockwave light assignments for the DC-10s yet?
Cheers

I don´t think we´ve ever had that particular data for the DC-10´s .... they´re too new and still subject to changes .... not that any of the chances we´re implementing should affect the baisc lighting as is currently supplied.
Someome (Bill A .... I think it was) did post SHOCKWAVE LIGHTINGH data for a number of other HJG aircraft types though .... and I think that thread was stickied on one of the forum pages.
I think SHOCKWAVE is a "payware" utility .... isn´t it ?
That being the case, and despite the fact that someone did post some data for it "HERE" .... for some of the HJG aircraft types .... we don´t actually provide support for it.

Hi Nathan, try these settings written for SGA/Vistaliners some time ago and should work on the models hosted here at HJG.
Just copy and paste the info pertaining to Shockwave lights.

Thanks so much Benoit, you are a legend. I had been Googling "Vistaliners" and was coming up blank, never thought to try "SGA"!
I bought the Shockwave lights when they where on special sometime back and had used the post Tony put up to update the rest of my HJG fleet.
Thanks again for the wonderful help on the forum from all you wonderful people,
Nathan.

"THANKS" for that also Benoit .... on behalf of those whom have, or whom intend to acquire, the SHOCKWAVE lighting utility and whom may wish to apply that data to/try it out with their DC-10´s. Be interesting to see some "before" and "after" pictures of the aplied effects in use with the DC-10´s Mark C BOG/CO

The lights look good, although the pictures don't do the justice.
There are two changes needed to be made to the lights, as the beacons don't show.
[LIGHTS]
//Types: 1=beacon, 2=strobe, 3=navigation, 4=cockpit, 5=landing, 6=nose gear light.0=1, -0.90, 0.00, 18.70, Fx_shockwave_beacon_rotating_red , //upper beacon light.1=1, -30.90, 0.00, -3.00, Fx_shockwave_beacon_rotating_red , //lower beacon light.2=3, -74.00, -12.00, 34.50, DC10logo , //left logo splash light.3=3, -74.00, 12.00, 34.50, DC10logo , //right logo splash light.4=5, 88.35, -14.50, -4.00, DC10landing , //left landing light splash light.5=5, 88.35, 14.50, -4.00, DC10landing , //right landing light splash light.6=6, 82.00, 0.00, -3.50, DC10wing , //nose gear splash light.7=5, 74.9, -8.5, 3.1, fx_Shockwave_landing_light // Shockwave light light.8=5, 74.9, +8.5, 3.1, fx_Shockwave_landing_light // Shockwave light light.9=5, 68.0, -0.5, -2.7, fx_Shockwave_landing_light // Shockwave light light.10=5, 68.0, +0.5, -2.7, fx_Shockwave_landing_light // Shockwave light light.11=2, -32.30, 84.15, 7.70, fx_shockwave_strobe.fx light.12=2, -32.30, -84.15, 7.70, fx_shockwave_strobe.fx
Changes are shown in red.
cockpit before....

cockpit after...

Exterior Before....

Exterior after...

One thing that the pics don't do is show up the 3D quality of the lights. I think they look really nice
Cheers,
Nathan.
