A simple request - add 62-6000 in her 1963 AF1 traditional paint and 72-7000 in her final SAM paint (esentially just chg the tail numbers in the tail_xx.bmps)

Bringing this to the front since it's been two years and I've made a request as well.

Not at this time unless the modeller wishes to do so, but he's a busy guy and I am not sure whats involved in creating such an effect.

tonymadgehjg.proboards98.com/index.cgi?board=repaint&action=display&thread=964tonymadgehjg.proboards98.com/index.cgi?board=repaint&action=display&thread=897&page=2"JETCOPTER55" .... I'm going to answer all 3 of your recent queries (that's this one .... and both of the above too) per this 1 response .... There are many different projects we/HJG have in progress. Some of these we've publicly announced .... whilst others remain "SECRET". We work on all of our projects as is convenient for us to do so .... in our own spare time .... and as such .... things become ready when they're ready. Beyond that we make absolutely no guarantees !!!! All I ever ask folk to remember is .... that we/HJG are "FREEWARE" group .... manned by a volunteer staff .... highly skilled though each team member may be, but, like anybody else too, we're also restricted in what we can achieve by the very same family, professional, and personal commitments/responsibilities which influence everyone else's lives too. Whilst we try to run this show in a reasonably businesslike manner .... HJG is not a business !!!! It's fine to remind us that this was stated 1 year ago .... or that was stated 2 years ago .... but .... that doesn't help get products completed .... and in any case .... we're already very well aware of what's been previously stated. As much as we appreciate everyones support and keenness (and we do), and as much as we'd like to get various products out as efficiently as possible to please the community (and we want to do that too), there's actually a hell of lot more to being able to achieve that goal than a lot of folk might appreciate. Again .... our products are ready when they're "READY" .... when we're first "SATISFIED .... and beyond we make no guaruntees at whatsoever as to when they become publicly available .... OK ! We appreciate your efforts and enjoy your planes. We also understand what it takes to operate a website and know that everyone is busy with much to do. We also understand there are many projects in place and that you do as best you can to please the community. Thank you again for your strenuous efforts. However, I do not see how ONE aircraft is so much trouble when you have put out no less than TWO HUNDRED and FIFTY planes in the mean time. You have honored MANY others requests since myself and the other members requested this aircraft.
Thank you again for your efforts and consideration!

Then may I also remind you too .... that each one of those other supposedly 250 odd aircraft represents the accumulative work of more than 1 other active HJG staff member over the same duration/period as your request Again I stress .... We're not a business ! We're not under any obligations whatsoever ! We simply try do the best we can .... as is convenient for us .... to try to please as many folk as possible .... whilst also being fully cognizant of the fact that it's absolutely impossible for us please everyone all the time ! I regret we can't seem provide you with what you particularly want/expect within the time frame you consider reasonable .... but .... I'm simply not prepared to pressure HJG staff members into hurrying the completion of any of their private projects .... more so too when I know very well that most of these members have other far more important realworld priorities to consider in life than FS. I'm sorry my friend .... but .... that's the lay of the land ! Then surely .... I need not say more ! Need anyone say more in that case ? Mark C AKL/NZ & BOG/CO

Agreed Mark I think that it can be easy to fall into the trap of not knowing whats involved in creating models, FDE's Panels. paintjobs. I have done this myself then when trying FSDS I realised the designers of models I bow down to as it is a long hard job to do and do properly. I have seen designers like Mike Stone who did so much for FS be lambasted out of the FS scene due to people not understanding what it takes to create a model. I think that we are a freeware non profit in fact a loss making organisation If we were individually counted up the hours that it takes to bring everything we have here to the end user whom has only the trouble of a few mouse clicks to take.. then we would have been shut down by accountants etc a long time ago. Jetcopter please understand we can only do so much.
