Looks like the P&W JT8D-219 development applied to some B707´s from the 1990´s.
As per my B707/720 history ....

Some civil aircraft production lists state TZ-LAC was JT3D-7 and later HK3 upgraded .... and it probably was .... BUT .... I´m pretty sure you´ll find the engines evident within each of the above 2 reference images are actually JT8D-219´s (a later upgrade again .... not only the nacelle/cowl shape, but, the exhaust end of these engines too, tends to suggest this) .... and which are Stage 3 or later compliant .... in accordance with my historical notes above. Stage 2, and 3, upgrades of original JT3D SERIES engine, on B707´s, looked quite different. A link to a much earlier HJG discussion on this subject .... during 2013 .... covering these details .... tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/thread/6415/which-707s-use-hushkits?page=1Mark C BOG/CO

They´re not long nacelle/ducted-fan type JT3D-3B or D-7 type fanjet engines such as those of the DC-8-62/-63 .... so far as I´m aware.
