SWA had -400s??? Sorry mate but SWA never had -400s... -200, -300, -500, -700, -800, -MAX8... and -MAX7 on order. MAX9 is being looked at. Also flew leased 727-200s on 2 occasions... but never the 737-400.

I'm not sure .... but .... I think Benny has the SWA's planned, so, we'll see what's forthcoming in the new year.

Mike's perfectly fine making that suggestion. If it were a request by someone whom was known to be a prolific requester, then, I'd say fair enough .... BUT .... Mike's one of our team members whom does the most for everyone behind the scenes, but, asks for, and receives very little .... if anything at all .... in return. And besides .... we do "forward plan" (and this's one way of doing it) .... as far as we can perceive and on the basis of what we know we can do .... and anything realized outside that intent then becomes "AN ADDED BONUS". As such .... and "all things going to plan".... I can actually approximate almost precisely where HJG will be at around this time next year product/release -wise Not difficult .... just good/sensible internal planning and organization Mark C AKL/NZ

Well excuse me darren ... I did say there was no rush until certainly after the first of the year. And gee, I made a mistake in the models SWA uses. With these sorts of attitude sometimes I wonder why I spent so much time working with Mark on the FDE of these new planes for you all.

Southwest Airlines has recently retired their last 737-300 revenue flight. Only thing they fly now are the 737-700/800/MAX8...more on order.. I think they are providing services to Hawaii or planned to. That's because the MAX8 can fly the trip. Another airline has flown from KJFK to Dublin already in their MAX8. Those Leap engines have the range.

Talking of range, a new airline is flying from Birmingham UK to New York next Spring in the new A321 neo, shows I guess how far these things will go with modern technology! primeraair.co.uk/about-us/fleet/
