We offer 4 RAF E-3D's already .... but .... the subject of this particular request simply is not "substantially different enough" .... as is often the case with military uniforms and unlike civil liveries.

I do agree with Tony .... there's really no point in us reinventing the wheel and as I recall we've been down "this particular military) garden path" earlier .... in regard to a similar but USAF operated subject
