I asked for that two years ago and Tony was very kind to paint and finish that livery two years ago. You should find it on HJG download center. It comes without refuel boom. I am not sure if HJG has model for that plane with refuel boom or otherwise Tony would have painted it too. I hope for sake of Tony that his superb Israeli air force livery is interexchangable between the model without refuel boom and model with refuel boom.

It is possible you do not find screenshots on preview subforum or official HJG screenshot forums because Photobucket is holding screenshots as hostages for ransom fee of 399 bucks per year. I made 45 beautiful screenshots out of that livery flying from Israeli air force base in Sinai to Israeli air force base in northern Israel.

I see now. Maybe the version I’ve requested could be done as well. As they are different in slight ways, but not a whole lot so shouldn’t be too much of a hassle
