Greetings! I'm the head of U.S. Airways Virtual, and we've been trying to expand our fleet, and the Boeing 717 would be the perfect addition to it. I've flown the HJG 717 many times, and I really do enjoy flying it.
Would it be possible for someone to paint the HJG 717-200 in the new U.S. Airways colors?

The only snag I perceive with this request is that US AIRWAYS have never operated the B717-200 .... to my knowledge. Therefore in so far as an HJG "first" policy is concerned (all requests are considered on the basis of their applicability to the HJG inventory "first and foremost") this particular subject wouldn't fit into either our real world or aircraft that were considered but never acquired (fantasy) scenarios. HOWEVER .... if one of our painters wishes to dress up any one of our 3 B717-200 models in US livery "as a special favour to you" .... THEN .... they're welcome to do so, but, that decision is entirely theirs of course  Guys .... if any one of you wish to help out VIRTUAL US AIRWAYS with this request then tag your intention to do so on the end of this thread and talk to "CPTCM" .... per PM. Mark C AKL/NZ Yes, you're correct; they never operated the Boeing 717. But at USV, we've been trying to get new planes, and give our followers and pilots some more variety. We already have a a 747-400, 787-8, A350-900, 737-800 and 767-300. The only gap we've had is with regional planes, and that's what the 717 would fill. |
