Hello DC-10 project team! Thanks again for the great work on the DC-10, it's providing many hours of enjoyment learning the new panel with all its features!
I wanted to share a minor issue I found which affects only the DC-10-40, in which the engine fan blades do not spin when seen from the cockpit view (they work fine on the external views). This is an issue only affecting the -40, all the other models including the 40F, 40D, and 40I work properly now.
I'm sharing this with the hope that George can work the same magic he did on the other models to correct it.
Thanks again for all your hard work on this project!
I think you're right about that Herman I had modified the cabin views to add a couple more as would be seen from a passenger sitting towards the front of the plane. From that angle, I could see the fans and that's how I noticed this on the model.

Whether or not they could be seen from the FD (I very much doubt they coild be) is an irrelevent.
Using our models the "unrealistic" interoor view of the engine fans is only visable using the non-existent VC rear view.
In any case .... and despite the low prioity of this very minor detail .... we have fixed it, in the DC-10-40 (NWO/NWA version model .... the only model affected apparently) in order to be "consistent" with the features of our other models.
Therefore a new/replacement V3.1 aircraft base pack will be uploaded within the next few days .... and an announcement made once it´s available.
