As Peters sais .... This "new one" features the full red fuselage stripe and large whie Maple leaf tail logo .... unlike our other AC L-1011 livery representations which feature the 3/4 red fuselage stripe and red tail patch with small white Maple leaf logo, the twin red and bergundy fuselage stripes with red tail patch and large white Maple leaf tail logo, and the final (for the AC L-1011´s) white fuselage with the green/blue tail patch and red Maple leaf logo .... as well as the hybrid aircraft featuring basic EAL livery with "AIR CANADA" titles, and AIR LANKA livery with "AIR CANADA" titles and tail logo also. "NICE ONE" Peter .... and perfect timing too for the anticipared re-release of our L-1011 panels (as previewed earlier) later this year I do that too in the case of my airline .... "AIR NEW ZEALAND" .... so .... "go for it" Peter since someone, out there, is bound to love you for it Mark C BOG/CO

Oh and incase anyone is wondering what the Singapore 85 thing is all about... Air Canada was granted Trans-Atlantic rights to East Asia in 85... so in May 85 Bombay and Singapore were started via LHR as AC858/859 (full routing YYZ-LHR-BOM-SIN 245) with a mix of 747-200s and L1011-500s. 2 L15s, 1 741, 1 742 and the above C-FTNJ got special stickers. The service was later extended as far as Manila but obviously flying the long way round was not as popular as CP/Canadian's Trans-Pacific services to Asia and so the route was paired back to Bombay by 1990.
