Back for the next 48 hours .... or so .... then .... "off again for several more days". Alex strikes yet again No point saying "a flap texture issue on the 990 model". What texture are you talking about .... ? These models have not been edited since their release baxk in 2003/4. "NONE" of the textures for them have been edited ain any way shape of form. No such previou reports have been recorded (that I can at this moment recall) ovber the entire 16 years during which these models have been availablw. Even without a texteture reference in this particuar case .... I'd be inclined toward checking you greapgghghics card, it's settings, and it's drivers too .... whilst addiionally bearing in mind that any issue evident on one model/texture combinatiomn may not be evident another .... and may also (at the end of the day) be specicifuic to your system. No it’s a model issue. Similar to the dc10 that you guys fixed recently.

Here's a series of images showing one of our earliest and latest textures on our current CV-990 model. Both are by 2 different artists .... meaning .... 2 different results/treatments since no 2 artists apply precisely the same form of texturing methodology .... and more-so given the time frame associated with the release of these 2 texture subjects .... This model has not been edited since it was first released by us during 2003/4 .... and nor is it in need of any editing either .... save for anything we might care apply in future (if we ever do .... and we probably won't) in order to further improve its silhouette. On the basis of my above evidence .... there's "NOTHING" wrong with the current model, or any of its supporting textures either, that might generate the like of what you're reporting .... at least not that I can see or replicate. During the 16 years this model has been available there has never been any such reports either (at least not that I can immediately recall) in regard to what you're desribing. "AGAIN" .... check your FS graphics and card settings .... and possibly your drivers too .... since there's nothing wrong with either the model or textures it seems. Mark C BOG/CO
