You mean that 2 tone brown coloured bird ? Pitty it doesn't have titles or a flag .... but then again .... I guess it's not altogether uncommon for an aircrasft of that ilk On the subject of ex QANTAS AIRWAYS B707-138's: There are 2 extremly rare QANTAS liveries i'd like to eventually see represented here. The first of them is the airlines 40th Anniversary livery which was applied to VH-EBF during 1959. See the following image and note the tail logo .... VH-EBF www.adastron.com/707/gallery/vh-ebf-2.jpgwww.adastron.com/707/gallery/vh-ebf-1.jpgSourcing a good quality/useable version of that 40th Anniversary celebration logo is proving difficult though. If anyone can help with this then I'd like them to send me a PM "here". The other livery is extremly rare and was only ever applied to 2 aircraft (VH-EBH & VH-EBI) for a very short period and prior to introduction of the classsic "V-JET" tail logo .... the first 2 new-build B707-138B's which were delivered to QANTAS from July 1961. See the following images .... VH-EBH www.ngw.nl/int/aus/images/darwin.jpgwww.707.adastron.com/gallery/n93134-1.htmVH-EBI www.707.adastron.com/gallery/vh-ebi-4.htmwww.707.adastron.com/gallery/vh-ebi-3.htmThese will effectivly complete our QANTAS AIRWAYS flightline for the B707. Hi Guys....Would just like to point out...that "707's" wore 'similar' registrations.......and for a long time foxed the enthusiasts. (me included)...until I actually saw them BOTH in London...on the ground at the same time, one landing and one in the queue for departure. N707KS & N707SK....so be sure you are looking at the right airframe!...A quick google shows 'cock ups' to this day! The pictures you see....a dash 138 are of a plane that was presumed to be ...well ........ GONE. And out of nowhere....arrived in Soth Africa for heavy maintenance....to be a presidntial plane once again. I Cheers John

I well remember that as I was going to LHR a lot
Suddenly N707KS became SK and another N707KS turned up.......just to make it as clear as mud
