Recently there has been some confusion about the 737-300W and 737-500W we released in the last update. HJG has used Erick Cantu's 737s as the basis for our releases. Erick released his models for others to use when he left the flightsim hobby a few years ago. We have been using original GMax files that were part of a package Erick made available to us. Up until a few days ago we were not aware that other people's work might be included in some of those files. Apparently however the 737 winglets that were contained within that group of files were in fact the work of Hiroshi Igami without any documentation to that fact.
To prevent further confusion on this matter we have agreed with Hiroshi Igami to credit him as a contributor to the original model on the 737-300W and 737-500W. The models remain available and no change is needed by any users who have downloaded them.At no time was there any ill intent or was anything deliberately done with the intent of using another party's model without permission. We thank Hiroshi Igami for his patience and working with us to have an amicable solution to this issue.
