I think ORBIS have operated both DC-10-10 and -30 .... and as such about 2 or 3 different liveries may apply to these aircraft.

I think you’re right. I saw a video pop up on YouTube and it looked great! I thought it had been done but a quick look and it hasn’t (think it was an L1011 livery I was thinking of 🤔)

Really nice tour , very clean and well kept. Didn’t realise it was the updated MD panel. Maybe one day George could spoil us with an efis panel youtu.be/cbdYX5sa8q8

That would require complete panel reprograming/redevelopment .... which I can't (honestly) see happening unless we were to introduce a certain other tri-jet .... and which hasn't happened due to the latter panel related issue.
That ORBIX DC-10 is probably one acquired from/or was donated by FED EX .... whom, as I understand, had modified all of/most of their DC-10 fleet to MD-10-10 and MD-10-30 standard with MD-11 type EFIS FD presentations.

The ORBIS aircraft is an MD-10-30 with full commonality to the rest of the FedEx fleet. FedEx provided the conversion from MD-10-30F to Orbis configuration including production of the upper deck modules, lower deck modules, and worked with several suppliers to build custom ULDs for the generators and conditioned air systems, including the capability of self-supplying fuel for their power and conditioned air needs from the aircraft's fuel system. FedEx also supplies maintenance and flight crews for ORBIS, allowing the charity to now focus solely on their mission of supplying care instead of also needing to worry about the airplane and its operations. In the picture below, you can see the custom ULDs on the far side of the airplane. aviationweek.com/commercial-aviation/take-tour-orbis-new-md-10-flying-eye-hospital#slide-0-field_images-1471051www.orbis.org/en/what-we-do/flying-eye-hospital
