Hello, It's been a while since I have been here. I am involved in a new project, we are making a real 707 simulator functional as a Air Force One sim at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library/Presidential Air Force One Pavilion in Simi Valley California. www.707sim.com/It is parked by the real SAM 27000 and I am looking for a good flightmodel for FSX. I was very happy with your Panagra DC-8 for FS9 so I thought I would come and ask what you have for an Air Force One 707VC-137C that we could use for this project. Best regards, justin

The HJG Boeing aircraft are good to go for FSX. HJG also has 27000 represented in the download section as well.

Hi Dc8flightdeck for the panel use B707-320B-ADVC panel 1965 panel for sounds use P&W TF-33 fanjet soundpack And for textures we have the VC137-C in the 1981 and 1995 colours. Please go to www.simviation.com/hjg/downloads.htm to download all of the stuff you need. But please note This means you cannot by any means charge people to use our software in your 707 simulator. Ben

Hey Ben, I think if you looked at the URL he provided, you'd see that they don't plan on charging nor do they need a panel...

Later on .... I'm still hoping to be able to get both versions of VC137C established here.
The earliest version will feature the lower rear fuselage ventral fin and early P&W JT3D/TF33 fanjet engines with small sucker doors on the intake cowling. This aircraft version will use the B707-320B EARLY panel because of the unique FLAP 17 detent. PLEASE NOTE: This "AIR FORCE ONE" version is not available here yet
The later VC137 version .... and the one we currently host here will be updated to "VERSION 6" model .... again our current B707/720 TYPE model standard. The USAF VC137C's were upgraded to basic B707-320B ADVC standards (later P&W JT3D fanjet power plants, removal of the ventral, fin, and standard FLAP 14 detent) some time around the mid 1960's. As Ben has correctly pointed out above, this model should use the B707-320B ADVC 1965 panel.

Be there in Jan to check it out, first hand. After this post, and talking with wife, we plan to start our trek from Hawaii to Ohio off in Simi Valley at the Library when we hit California.

Still look forward to the early version of 26000. In one of the recently published Air Force One books, tail numbers -970, -971, and -972, once they were changed over to the Loewy color scheme, are pictured in the classic blue and white with orange reflector paint above the flight deck, wing tips (top and bottom) and trim on the very extreme leading edge of the tail. I've yet to find any photos online as the aircraft were not in the scheme long at all due to the awful color contrast. Anyone see these pics?

It is still going to happen "JETCOPTER55" .... it's just matter of both time and convenience.

Bringing this to the front since it's been a year. Can these planes be given wing-flex, etc. for fsx?
