Visatiners does a good 737-200 model with a wide range of textures for all sorts of airliners available. Worth checking out on various sim web sites for those of you who want a good looking 737. I think Eric Cantu either worked on that model or on another. I have several 732s inlcuding some by Eric.

The Vistaliners 732 was the latest incarnation of Erick Cantu's excellent model. I believe that's the one that HJG are considering for hosting sometime in the future.

That's correct .... BUT AGAIN .... "IF" this happens in the future then it's still a fair way away given our oyther priorities at this time !

great panel does it work for FS9? Yes we have loads of projects on the go and we are few in number and day jobs sadly take priority as they pay wages But in an ideal world I would have the 737-200 here now, its justa logistical problem with on going stuff we are doing, however when the dust does settle I will push this one along...just that the dust may be a while to settle )

I like "SOPHISTICATION" ... After all .... aviation is a relatively sophisticated business (at all levels) and I like a panel which reflects that .... to some extent ;D .... BUT GOD .... as if I didn't have enough to do here already ! ;D Comments respected .... and appreciated though ! Any HJG move into the B737 is "a while away yet" .... as both Tony and myself keep stating within past postings on this thread. "IF" .... we did rework this B737 panel .... then it would likely need to be done by us in association with its original developer. George has worked "darnED HARD" in preparing our B727 and DC9 panels recently .... along with the further recent fine-tuning of our B707/720, CV880/CV990, and DC8 panels. He needs a break .... so .... I'm reluctant to impose any further development projects upon him .... short of his own willingness to want to start something like the B737. Once again .... any HJG B737 representation is a while away yet .... and .... a lot of preorganization would need to be orchestrated by us before such a project could even begin in earnest. In the meantime I can say our future prioerities are .... "ALL GOING WELL" .... as follows .... - DC9 PANELS - CARAVELLE 10R - CARAVELLLE 10B - CARAVELLE 11R - CARAVELLE SUPER 12 - DC8 FDE UPDATE - C135 FDE UPDATE - And somewhere between the DC9 PANELS and everything else here an HJG member has a private "SECRET PROJECT" which we're hoping to get released here soon too. I worked for a year in a proyect involving the Tinmouse II. It was an unfinished proyect, alas, the model and textures wer finished, and they're marvelous, but the panel is incomplete and a nightmare. Even so, I have a few textures for the Tinmouse II and I wil be interested in making anothers... after I finish the currently promised ones, of course. It's fun that the airliners world goes so fast that soon we will be thinking in the 757 as an "old airliner"

I know what you mean I grew up (aviation-wise) around DC8's .... and then DC10's .... and still struggle to think of the DC10 now aproaching classic jetliner status ;D Mark C AKL/NZ

I have just read the last page in this so forgive me if I type something already said. I have over 100 textures for Ericks 732, love that version for some reason. What I did find though for a panel for the 'classic' versions was the PS Panel on the download sites. It is for the classic versions and works in FSX. I can't remember if I had to tweak it a bit. You can download it from this link library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=52112 or search for ps737v2.zip. It's a really nice panel to work with. Have fun.

I've spent quite a bit of time jumpseating on B737-200's, -300's, and -400's around both New Zealand and the South Pacific region By far the very best/most authentic looking B737 CLASSIC panel I've "so far seen" for FS is "THIS ONE" .... at FLIGHTSIM.COM .... tmii_sperry177_mod.zip .... and which also requires the following file too .... tinmouse_ii_v1_25.zip .... for Fs2004 "only" I'm sorry ! I have to presume that it's compatible with Eric CANTU's B732's. I suggest everyone .... those whom are interested at least ... take a moment to view the YOU TUBE video link appearing on the FS.COM downloads page in association with the first of the 2 above mentioned files and which features this panel in use .... it's really quite impressive ! Mark,
Good for you, must be fun flying the jump seat on a frequest basis. Did you work for the airlines or the government?
Only did it once on an airliner (747), 20 years ago. It was quite an experience. And since 9/11, I'm sure will never happen again.

No .... I was simply a PAX .... well known to AIR NEW ZEALAND, AIR NAURU, and POLYNESIAN AIRLINES aboard who's B737´s I flew quite frequently. I've the same too aboard B767-200, DC10-30, and B747-400 as well This was all before 9/11 Flightdeck access/authorization is a lot more difficult now .... of course !
