Told you all COMAIR versions of the BRITISH AIRWAYS World Tail/Utopia livery themes would "COM'ERE" soon .... and thanks to Erik's latest efforts here they all are Unlike B737-200 aircraft depicted within the previous 2 BRITISH AIRWAYS World Tail/Utopia livery installments. The aircraft supporting the COMAIR versions of these liveries are a combination of both early production (pre mid 1970) B737-200's and (post mid 1970 production) B737-200 ADV's .... among which a variety of different P&W JT8D engine thrusts, weight, and lighting configurations apply. By virtue of the assigned aircraft base pack/FDE customization the FS performance of each of these aircraft version/livery groups will therefore differ slightly. In addition to this .... and despite these liveries are being named in accordance with their BRITISH AIRWAYS fleet applied counterparts .... some of the COMAIR versions of these artworks differ slightly too. Therefore nothing represented here's an exact copy/re-hash of anything previously produced/presented. Gauteng province, South Africa, based COMAIR operated scheduled domestic services as a BRITISH AIRWAYS franchisee and ONEWORLD alliance member affiliate from 1998. From 2001 it also operated low-cost services under its KULULA.COM AIRLINES subsidiary too. Originally supporting the BRITISH AIRWAYS "LANDOR" livery .... the airlines B727-200 fleet later featured BLOMSTERANG/FLOWER FIELD, BENNYHONE TARTAN, COLUM, DELFTBLUE DAYBREAK, WAVES OF THE CITY" versions of the BRITISH AIRWAYS "World Tail /Utopia" livery themes and finally the UNION FLAG/CHATHAM ROYAL DOCKYARD livery upon this later becoming the definitive BRITISH AIRWAYS corporate identity .... whilst the airlines B737-200 fleet (acquired from 1995) later supported ANIMALS AND TREES, BLUE POOLE, UNION FLAG/CHATHAM ROYAL DOCKYARD, KOGUTCKI LOWICKIE, NDERBELE MARTHA, STERNTALER, WATER DREAMING, WAVES AND CRANES, and WHALE RIDER variations of its parent companies attempted late 1990's/early 2000's rebranding. COMAIR was liquidated during 2022 .... having become a fiscal victim of the COVID pandemic. 1. B737-200 ADV (JT8D-17)BRITISH AIRWAYS/COMAIR B737-236 ADV ZS-NLN "Waves And Cranes" 1998These now complete the World Tail/Utopia livery themes for both BRITISH AIRWAYS and its COMAIR franchise for the B737-200's offered by HJG .... I don't think we've missed anything (the COMAIR operated UNION FLAG/CHATHAM ROYAL DOCKYARD livery was earlier produced by Tony MADGE and released during February 2024). "WELL DONE" Erik A full and now "updated/expanded" historical review of the BRITISH AIRWAYS and BA/COMAIR World Tail/Utopia liveries (in respect of the aircraft type simulations offered by HJG) .... and additionally featuring other similarly inclined livery trends supported by other operators around the world throughout the 1960's, 70's, 80's, 90's and into the 2000's) can be accessed per the following link ....
