alex94 FYI: There is a repaint for the Vistaliners 737-300 by Erick Cantu of Air Cal N310AC located in the AVSIM Library. The file name is "air_cal_737-300.zip". The repaint is of good quality. There is also an Air Cal 737-200 there too. I have both on my system at home.

.... The repaint is of good quality

An element "CAUTION" (or rather awareness) is recommended here.

We've already had a forum conversation, earlier this year, concerning the subject of backwards compatibility of our new 3D models with older/non-HJG produced textures .... and which is acknowledged to be as follows ....

Texture mapping of the new HJG supplied B737-300/400/500 models remains "unchanged" from that of the "last version" (only) VL produced models .... MEANING .... textures produced for the "last version" VL models (not earlier versions though) "WILL" display on our new models .... BUT .... certain detailing associated with the textures we provide "is different".

In addition to this .... certain features associated with the new HJG supplied B737-300/400/500 models is also "different" and "will" impact old textures .... resulting in some (not all .... since it depends how well they've been done to start with) of these older/non-HJG produced textures appearing "DULL" (in comparison to our own and how these appear on the VL models) when applied to our new models.

Paul knows precisely what he's talking about here since he compiled the new HJG supplied 3D models .... as well as producing each of our own new PSD files for these too.

What people do is entirely up to themselves .... of course .... BUT .... all I'm simply trying to ensure is everyone's fully aware of the facts since there's often a huge difference between what other people think/say is satisfactory versus what "we" term as being acceptable by our own standards.

Just bear these details in mind .... and also that HJG will only provide support for those texture supplied on this/our website.
