Something a little different... Air Fleets International DC-8-52 N893AF circa 1980 Ex-Nordair, only operated for a few months on charters. Airline also leased a DC-8-30 from Overseas National prior to the deal to get the 3 Nordair DC-8-52s... only this one was delivered before the airline shuttered in July 1980.

Different AIR FLEETS livery than what I was anticipating.
I was aware of the other, or another, livery applicable to AIR FLEETS DC-8-59 .... one which looked similar to that of POINTS OF CALL .... although I knew that one couldn't have been an ex POC aircraft because it was originally our own ZK-NZE and went to FB AIR, FAUCETT, and finally LAC COLOMBIA after it's POC service.

Nice "German Jet" in the form of that B727 Peter .... but .... the almost naked Quadra-Puff looks like it's in search of an identity Mark C AKL/NZ

You aren't wrong Mark... MPAC didn't exactly have colorful planes, either the YS-11s or this 146.

Sometimes it's the plainest of planes .... and even the most blank, or boring too, of airline/operator liveries .... that are "the most historic of subjects. I simply remind everyone that "HISTORIC" is what the "H" in "HJG" means .... and that history isn't always colourful or even interesting .... but instead .... is what it is and becomes Mark C AKL/NZ

Ok... are we bored of N5609 yet? no? You're sure now? Ok, N5609 1990 Carnival Air Lines: There is already a texture for the Carnival 727-200 in the library, but I will do the 737-400 just to fully fill in the fleet for HJG. And still one more version of N5609 to come! Majestic Air
