That is precisely the type of aircraft/panel combination I love to fly! Will patiently wait for this gem, and in the meantime enjoy all the rest of the HJG hangar!

One of "many things" I've always liked about George's all of panels and gauge programming is the effort he puts into these .... and the authenticity, of both appearance and functionality, he tries to achieve .... within the bounderies of certain FS limitations of course "NOBODY DOES IT BETTER" Mark C AKL/NZ

I fully concur. George's panels indisputably rank among the best there are.

Latest preview of the FE panel -- the graphical work is nearing completion (although there's still the actual programming to do, to make the plane's systems behave realistically). On Saturday I was worried that I'd done months of work on this panel for nothing (at least as far as FSX users were concerned) after seeing Thomas Ruth's DC-10, but when I downloaded it and tried it out I discovered most of the dials and switches (especially on the FE panel) were just for show and didn't function at all realistically. Also, there were EPR gauges on all variants (rather than just the DC-10-40s) and 4 landing gear lights on the DC-10-10s. Attachment Deleted

Hi George, looks fantastic! One tiny thing I noticed is the High Stage Open lights. On all variants they were green lights not blue.Kind of an oddity in the panel as Douglas used blue for pretty much all other advisory lights. The Aux fuel tank would be deleted on a series 10 aircraft as well.Feel free to PM me if you have any questions or need any pics. I worked on, taxiied and jumpseated 10s from 1984-2000 with CO, NW and AA. She is MY airplane. Stan

Awsome panel, George.
If the programming is working equally great, then I'm sure that the v2.0 of the DC-10 panels will be not only fantastic, they will be unbelievable!

Latest FE panel update -- it's approaching completion (at least as far as the graphics go), then I'll be able to work on the programming (at last!)... Attachment Deleted

Once again .... "NICE WORK" so far Georhe .... as "only you can possibly do" Nice to see such "GREAT" progress continuig on this quite complex project .... and .... I suppose Stan, and some of the now retired ex-AIR NEW ZEALAND DC-10 F/E's, have each had some significant input to this project so far .... and should be acknowledged also. "THANKS" George .... et all Mark C AKL/NZ

Sorry it's taking so long -- the latest F/E panel screenshot looks little different, although I can tell you that the pneumatics, pressurization and air conditioning systems are now fully working (at least when all electrical buses are on). The brake temperature gauge reading will also increase realistically when braking from high speed. This is how it looks when climbing through FL 310: Attachment Deleted
