Right. I forgot. I'd read that somewhere else too when somebody else was curious. No issues. I'll keep on checking time to time on this. Thank you.

Finding it hard to make time to work on this (it sometimes seems this project is fractal in its complexity), but here's an image showing how the panel night lighting is coming on. You can also see the redesigned weather radar, more suitable for an aircraft of this generation than the circular monochrome display I've used on previous HJG panels. Attachment Deleted

"THAT" .... is all looking "VERY NICE" George .... some "GOOD" progress there. Don't hurry though. Take your time. It's not a race .... and there's no prizes at stake, but, in regard whatever's done there's "ALWAYS" a lot of appreciation for everything .... whenever it's ready:) In any case the core development team within HJG are extremely busy (booked solid) with progressing at least 3 .... or 4 .... or more .... new projects at the moment Mark C AKL/NZ

I agree with Mark: You're doing a great job! When this panel...err...piece of art is finished, I'm sure that HJG has a new favourite TriJet.

OMG George! This is fantastic! I haven't touched a DC-10 since you announced this panel as I can't imagine flying one without your new panel. Keep up the great work. Mike

The new panel looks great! HJG's skunkworks continues to be head and shoulders above ALL flight sim add-ons. Keep up the great work, we all appreciate your time (personal) consuming efforts.

"PANELS" .... plural What you see there's a mosaic of just one (only), among a number of variations, which George apparently plans to customize Just one size/flavour only most certainly doesn't fit/favor all Mark C AKL/NZ

WELL .... George last updated this thread as to his progress during late March/early April .... "as dated". He, me, and everyone else within HJG .... have professional lives, and families, and other real world responsibilities to prioritize over FS .... of course .... and we only advance projects as is convenient for us and our suppliers to do so It takes "time" to physically compile the panel/s (any panel/simulation for that matter .... and I've never seen us "complete" a project, to our satisfaction, in much less that 2-3 years) .... then it takes "time" to test and familiarize ourselves with them and to the necessary standard of competence .... AND THEN .... it requires even more "time" to compile the supporting manuals asnd service documentation too .... and that's just the way it "IS" In the meantime .... people will "have" use/be satisfied with our current DC-10 panel range .... each of which work "perfectly fine" .... albeit these panels are FS2004 compatible only .... OR .... they'll have to use non-HJG DC-10 panel offerings (which we can't support incidentally) whilst also being mindful that certain elements within these "other files" may not be fully compatible with our own base pack FDE's .... and some of which is going to have to be re-edited anyway in order to accommodate some features of our intended new DC-10 panel range .... "when the time comes" All I'm really saying is .... (1) interest "APPRECIATED" of course, but, there's a great deal more involved in this and any FS project than some people tend to realize .... and (2) patience will/should be rewarding However .... we're not going to rush things. Mark C AKL/NZ
